We are in the process of rebooting onto new servers and then updating the apps with new features designed to enhance security and also make these features more easily accessible for users. We anticipate these to take 2-3 months to complete. More new in due course.

An updated version of the Android version of GateKeeper is due to be released in the coming weeks. It adds all the new features implemented since the last version and is currently being exhaustively tested before being released.

We are delighted to announce the release of dedicated video user guides for homeowners, guards and admins. Each video systematically covers every feature of each version of the app and the admin web interface. We include notes with additional info and will update FAQs for each video as we get enquiries about anything users feel isn’t clear. These videos are made available to registered users of GateKeeper on a ‘need-to-know’ basis.
As demand for GateKeeper increases we are happy to welcome new partners from all over the World to our partner network. The latest additions are based in Argentina and Nigeria and will currently serve all of South America and Africa respectively. The latest updates to GateKeeper offer a wide range of interactive flagging options. This allows homeowners, admins and guards to flag users discreetly to highlight any important issues. It might be something positive like warning about any medical issues or to add important notes for your family or friends. However it can also be used to highlight potentially troublesome visitors like estranged partners, unwelcome visitors or banned vendors. Guards are not only able to see any comments from homeowners but also add their own notes so other guards can see these too. There is no substitute for a diligent guard of course but this feature is an important tool in ensuring the community info is effectively pooled to help guards do their work to the best of their ability.
GateKeeper’s core technology has been utilized in a special version of the service dedicated to high class marinas. All the usual features are there with some special additions like inter-crew communications - all designed to transform the user experience for marina clients and offer the same exciting features as GateKeeper. After many months of work we have finally signed the agreement for the first in a series of highly prestigious locations that will be amongst the first to use GateKeeper. Not only is this a large scale installation but also requires multilingual support and will be a great case study to not only test a very large scale deployment but also offer the client the ability to greatly influence the system and shape it for not only them but the others who will follow them.
