GateKeeper should be very easy to use but here are a few tips for first-time users to help get you started smoothly… Best viewed on a desktop computer.

2:27 - If you review and update your Guest List it will help give the Guards more information about your visitors.
3:10 - Make sure up click ‘Submit’ to post any changes you make.
3:30 - Note you can send a request to the admin to add service, interests or offering categories but clicking on the blue text at the bottom of these pages.
5:30 - Note message titles are limited in length to display correctly on all devices, make sure your headers give the most relent info concisely and add more in body text.
6:33 - If you wish a Notification to display for just one day set the same start/end dates. Bear in mind parties might run over midnight and if some messages might be better displayed in advance and adjust dates accordingly. Put any explanations necessary in body text.
9:25 - When you edit your Message and Timeline events listings in the Info Section the data is still available and can be restored in small chunks and the reedited. So you can easily recover a recent item you just deleted. If you want to recall something many items back you will have to restore many chunks of data before editing.
11:20 - You can view additional info about Offers and Interests on the homes’ profile pages you can access in the info section. For example babysitters can give more info about their services other residents can view before deciding to contact them. This is great if you have time to browse and make a considered choice. If you urgently need a babysitter you might prefer to just message all of them to try and find one who is available at short notice using the Requests messaging instead.
11:45 - In-app messaging is possible without residents sharing phone or email details. These just give the additional option to contact them outside of the app. The main thing is you use the app to also allow communications with all residents without the need to ever share any private information if you prefer.
